The dimensions are slightly off, making it impossible to use for any mounts. Because the screw hole is slightly off I’m not able to use this with any third-party adjustable mounts. ( which was the entire point of my purchase ) The filament is not durable. As soon as I used a screw in the top hole it cracked and broke. Unfortunately no metal alternatives are available from any retailers so I’m gonna have to just make it work.

Part looks good. It arrived quickly. I was sort of expecting a metal plate instead of plastic. Had an issue with installation, but I think that the issue is likely with the doorbell itself.

They accidentally sent me one of the pieces without the magnet in it, and sent me a second one that actually had the bag that included. This ended up working out because the second one they sent immediately broke on the bottom as soon as I went to go put it together, so I just removed the magnet and put it in the original piece that I had received. Received. Everything's mounted and secure now.
Honestly perfect, I had replaced the doors and the contractor lost the original plates so I needed replacements and these worked perfectly.
